Summary
A Straw Hat is a conical, brimmed hat that is woven out of straw or reeds. The hat is designed to protect the head from the sun and against heatstroke, but straw hats are also used in fashion as a decorative element or a uniform. How does this hat give its powerful effects? No one is really sure, but one possibility is that its Asian origins (a sweatshop situated somewhere in either China or Vietnam) gave it its unusual properties.
In R2D, it give a ton of energy which is useful for energy consuming weapons such as the Bat and the Katana.

- It is often better not to equip a primary to use the Straw Hat to its full potential.
