The Ice Hammer is obtained from beating the Boss: "MrFrost".
Upon defeating the snowman, chests shall spawn as normal. however, the Ice Hammer will be floating towards the ground from the sky.
Another way of obtaining the hammer is to purchase it in the Debug Version for the price of $45,000.
In-game, the player who obtained the hammer now has the power to freeze zombies. However, this does NOT work on AI Zombies.
