Trivia:

The Golden Ribbon is the first event slot item that can gives you extra hp.

It doesn't appear on your chest (Like a ribbon) when you're using it.

There used to be a glitch where the Golden Ribbon would let you Slowly Float up in De-bug, But later got Fixed.

The golden ribbon DOES give you extra 10 hp at the start of the game, It looks like its not there but it is due to bugs.
